CHM 6400 - Top Point White Cedar
A dwarf form of White Cedar. One of the nicest dwarf forms. Juvenile foliage of bright green in a conical upright. Found in Holland around 1992. Has a slight winter color of purple. Grows 2-4 inches a year.
